MCO might be coming to an end… but that doesn’t mean the virus is

We want to prevent the virus from peaking again and our main goal is to help you, and the nation achieve this. We were able to flatten the curve once, let’s hope we never have to do it again! To ensure the safety of yourself and the people around you, take the necessary precautionary measures such as:

  • Washing & sanitising your hands regularly
    • Eliminating bacteria and germs will reduce the spread of the virus through physical contact
  • Wearing a face mask
  • Avoiding physical contact as best as you can
    • Keep 2 – 6 feet apart from others when possible and avoid physical contact with others unless absolutely necessary
    • Avoid large crowds / places with shared equipment (gyms, markets, malls)
  • Consume a balanced diet and exercise regularly
    • Maintaining a good immune system is important when fighting a pandemic in order to overcome the illness if you catch it
    • This can be done by having a balanced diet and exercising regularly (2-5 times a week)
    • A variety of vitamins also help your immune system and it is important to consume these as our body cannot naturally produce them
  • Take your temperature regularly
    • Many carriers of the virus are asymptomatic or might not realise they are having a fever. Taking your temperature regularly may allow you to catch the virus if you have it so you can avoid spreading it further

We need to keep in mind that a second peak is possible and we need to do whatever we can to avoid this. Although certain preventive measures have been lifted for the sake of our economy, we need to be smart and maintain social distancing as best we can in order to keep ourselves, and the people around us, safe and healthy. Don’t leave the house unless it is absolutely necessary and take precautionary measures when you do. Stay safe & healthy, everyone!
