I am sitting down chatting with the doctors..we all have no work..and all are men..all are rich..all are discussing the opportunity the stock exchange is offering..it is like a woman going to a designer outlet..everything is on discount.
Warren Buffett apparently have like 400billion or million I can’t recall to invest..he is waiting..they with good intent are advising to put my funds into the stock exchange..I am keen not that I have much funds..but it got me thinking.
People are dying..healthcare workers are strained to the max..disposables are scarce and difficult to get hold..people are taking pay cut or living with no means of income..the dead are spilling into the streets..people living in fear..there is disorder..looting is not happening just because there is a lockdown..and all the leaders can think of is how to boost the economy by injecting money into the share market..I mean this is how the policy makes the rich richer and poor uncared for..
I mean these are multi-million if not multi billion companies..if we don’t go down and look at each household..there are people with no job therefore no self esteem..kids with no education therefore no hope..no healthcare therefore no future..
We need a shift in our thinking and management in what we call economy..this is the best time.. We need a shift in our priorities..for once we are fighting a war that no weapons can be of any assistance..hopefully people in office will realise budget for healthcare and education should always outsize that for national defence..
This is not the time to pour in money into the stock market..it is wrong!
