These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services, including free trials and premium memberships.
By signing up, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
We offer the following membership types:
Free Trial Membership: Limited time access to selected features to explore our platform.
Premium Membership: Full access to all tools, resources, and features.
Premium Membership fees must be paid in full upon subscription. Payment plans are not available at this time.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as chosen during registration.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes or duties imposed by your jurisdiction.
Each user is entitled to one free trial. Repeated attempts to claim multiple free trials will result in the immediate termination of your free trial period.
Upon the end of the free trial, access to premium features will stop unless you upgrade to a paid Premium Membership.
No payment details are required for the free trial unless specified during a promotional period.
Premium Memberships automatically renew at the end of the subscription term unless canceled prior to renewal.
You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees. If your payment fails, we may terminate your membership until the issue is resolved.
You may cancel your Premium Membership at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions of the billing period.
Refunds for Premium Membership fees will only be processed within the first seven (7) days of the initial purchase, as required by applicable law.
